Permanent General OBGYN Opportunity in South of Boston, MA


Join a respected group committed to comprehensive women's health. This is a prime opportunity for an OB/GYN physician seeking strong procedural volume, a balanced lifestyle, and access to high-acuity support. This position offers professional alignment and community impact.


Practice Overview

  • You'll join a collaborative team of 8 OB/GYNs, three gynecologists, four midwives, 4 NPs, and 7 PAs.
  • Integrated model with in-house access to L&D, MFM, imaging, and a Level II nursery
  • Average of 1,358 births annually with high-acuity OB support and backup from tertiary centers
  • Full support staff, including a dedicated RN and MA per physician, and access to AI scribes

Schedule

  • Generalist schedule: 1 day L&D, 4 clinic days, 1 surgical day/month, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • 1:8 call rotation with two 24-hour shifts per month and backup call
  • No supervision of advanced practice providers required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range of $330,000-$460,000 with RVU incentives
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
  • Full benefits, including occurrence-based malpractice, CME allowance, PTO, and retirement plan
  • Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance provided

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Comfortable managing OB and GYN cases, including common surgical procedures
  • Candidates seeking either generalist or hospitalist-only models are encouraged to apply
  • Open to physicians at all career stages
