Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA, is currently seeking an OBGYN Physician (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) to join our multi-specialty group, Desert Valley Medical Group. This is open full-time or part-time, with flexible working schedules. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health, routine exams, high-risk pregnancy management, and surgical procedures as needed.

Position Highlights
- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
- OBGYN (OBG/GYN | Obstetrics and Gynecology)
- Work Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule – can be Monday to Friday or 4-day work week.
- Open for Full-Time or Part-time.
- Located in Victorville, CA – ~45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga
- Salary starts at $550,000.00
- Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement will be given.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Provide patient education and counseling
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid California medical license (or eligible)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
