Locums – Langhorne, Pennsylvania, OB Hospitalist Job (IMLC Accepted)

• Dates of Coverage: ASAP, as needed

• Shifts: 24-hour weekday shifts; 48-hour weekend shifts

• Practice Setting: Hospital call OB/GYN

• Call Ratio: 1:6

• Number of Physicians in Practice: 4

• Onsite Services: Lab and Ultrasound

• Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP

• Low Risk Pregnancy: History of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis, etc.

• High Risk Pregnancy: Toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung disease, chronic renal disease, etc.

• Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps

• Decision-making for C-section

• Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.

• VBACs

• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

• Surgical Gynecology – Open

• Laparoscopic (Diagnostic/Minor): Tubal ligation, LOAs, chromopertubation

• Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic): Ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs

• Board Certified – Required

• Active PA License – Required or Active IMLC (Those willing to obtain PA License) - Required

• BLS, ACLS – Required
