Practice Overview

• Laborist opportunity with Seven 24-hour shifts per month, with no clinical role required
• You'll join a collaborative team of 8 OB/GYNs, three gynecologists, 4 midwives, 4 NPs, and 7 PAs
• Integrated model with in-house access to L&D, MFM, imaging, and a Level II nursery
• Average of 1,358 births annually with high-acuity OB support and backup from tertiary centers
• Full support staff, including a dedicated RN and MA per physician, and access to AI scribes

Schedule

• Hospitalist role: Seven 24-hour shifts a month with no additional clinic duties
• No supervision of advanced practice providers required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $330,000-$460,000 with RVU incentives
• $20,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
• Full benefits, including occurrence-based malpractice, CME allowance, PTO, and retirement plan

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable managing OB and GYN cases, including common surgical procedures
• Candidates seeking either generalist or hospitalist-only models are encouraged to apply
