OB/GYN Locum Tenens – Float Pool Coverage Across Multiple Sites
📍 Minnesota | 12- or 24-Hour Call | MN License Required
We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join an ongoing float pool for hospital-based call coverage across up to four sites within a major health system in Minnesota.
This is a flexible, well-compensated opportunity for experienced OB/GYNs comfortable with both high-acuity and low-volume environments.
Position Highlights
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Types: 12-hour and 24-hour call shifts available
Monthly Scheduling: Shifts are sporadic and scheduled monthly across multiple locations
Sites Covered (primarily):
May float to up to 4 sites total within the system
Clinical Requirements
Setting: Hospital-based call only
EMR: Epic
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in C-sections
D&Cs
Laparoscopic tubal ligations
Ectopic pregnancy management
Comfortable in: Both high-acuity and low-volume hospital settings
Candidate Requirements
Board Certification: BC/BE in OB/GYN (Required)
Licensure: Active Minnesota license required
Malpractice History: Must have a clean record – no malpractice or disciplinary actions
Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days
