Your expertise will help ensure high-quality patient care for women in our community.
Required Skills:
- Active certification or participation in the examination process for certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board or Osteopathic Board
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in OB/GYN
- Demonstrated performance of at least 100 gynecological surgical procedures within the past two years
- Proficiency in delivering deliveries, performing C-sections, and managing ED OB/GYN issues
- Strong knowledge of Cerner EMR system
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with high-volume delivery settings
- Additional procedural training or certifications (e.g., hysteroscopy, laparoscopy)
- Ability to perform all OB/GYN procedures and handle emergency responses effectively
- Familiarity with hospital credentialing processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Successful completion of residency or fellowship in OB/GYN
- Prior experience as a locum or hospital-based OB/GYN provider
- Minimum of 10 days available from application to start date
Other Requirements:
- Current medical license in California
- Credentialing approval within 10 days of application submission
- Ability to work scheduled shifts starting December 8, 2025, including urgent dates and holiday coverage
- Support staff collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and pediatricians
- Willingness to travel with preferred lodging at GoldMiner's Inn
