COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)

  • Minimum Base Salary of $400,000 plus sign-on bonus $30,000 + Quality Bonus $10,000 + OB call $20,000 = $460,000 annually
  • Sign-on Bonus: $180,000 with the balance being forgiven over the employment period
  • PTO: 320 Hours = 8 weeks
  • Work RVU Production: Quality Measures and Patient Experience Bonuses are Available
  • Full Medical Benefits to the Physician + Family
  • Retirement Program: The Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS) with annual hospital contributions of 9.44%
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
  • Work a 4-day workweek; a physician-led collaborative team
  • Call Rotation is 1 in 4 weekdays, the doctors rotate weekend coverage
  • Hospital averages 150 deliveries a year – excellent work/life balance
  • Clinic volumes range from 13-16 patients a day
  • Future plans for a Da Vinci Surgical Robot

  • New Graduates, & Experienced Candidates Welcomed
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible working on the Boards
  • Unable to consider Visa Candidates at this time
  • EMR System is EPIC
