OBGYN opening near San Diego, CA * Located in *Escondido, CA* - just 30 miles from San Diego! * Full-time, permanent opening * 1099 independent contractor * Joining an established team * Provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare, manage labor and deliveries, and participate in OB labor call Responsibilities: * Manage labor and deliveries, ensuring safe and effective maternal care * Provide full-spectrum OB and gynecologic services, including prenatal, antenatal and postpartum care * Perform gynecologic surgeries, including routine and complex procedures * Diagnose and treat reproductive health concerns, including infertility and menopausal care * Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered outcomes * Participate in OB labor call rotations to support continuity of care for maternal patients Qualifications: * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution * Board certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Valid medical license to practice in California * Strong surgical skills and experience managing obstetric emergencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($400k+) * Additional funding for benefits package and productivity incentive * Access to advanced medical technology and equipment
