Locums | OB/GYN | Inpatient – Call Only | Ontario, OR Why This Role

  • Low-volume 24-hour pager call coverage at a well-equipped regional hospital
  • Opportunity for consistent full-time or rotating call assignments
  • Manageable patient volume with rare call-backs
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only (24-hour) Schedule: 24-hour pager call with two gratis hours Practice Setting: Inpatient Call Type: Pager Call (very low volume) Call Back: Rare EMR: Epic Trauma Level: N/A Requirements Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Oregon medical license DEA and CSR BLS Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (required) Local candidates highly preferred Clean history Clinical Details Scope: OB/GYN inpatient call coverage only Responsibilities: - Respond to labor and delivery and emergent GYN cases as needed - Manage deliveries, C-sections, and emergent obstetric procedures - Provide consults as requested; no clinic or supervision duties Volume: Very low; call-backs are rare Support Staff: Full L&D and hospital team available Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
