Hospital Call: 24-hour shift

Practice Setting: Clinic, Call, and Hospital

Reason for Coverage: Community OB/GYN retiring, difficulty filling open positions

Team Structure:

Physicians: 2
-
APPs: 2.5 FTE in clinic

Call Shared: With 2 OB/GYNs + Center for Family Health

Facility Setup:
-
10 exam rooms
-
Onsite lab & ultrasound
-
Support staff: RNs, MAs, CSR (front desk)
-
EMR: Epic
-
Trauma Level: II
-
Compensation:
-
Clinic: $300/hr
-
24hr Call: $4000/day
-
Gratis Call: 4 hours included for 24hr shift, 2 hours included for 8–12hr shift
Required OB/GYN Skills:
-
Low- & High-Risk Pregnancies (Toxemia, Diabetes, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Renal, etc.)
-
Labor & Delivery: Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, VBAC, Complicated Deliveries (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions)

Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

Gynecology: Office Procedures (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryo, LEEP, etc.), Surgical Gyn (Open)
Requirements:

Board Certified – REQUIRED

Michigan License – REQUIRED
-
BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED

Credentialing:
-
Estimated 90–120 days (temps being requested)
