We are seeking a Locum Tenens OB/GYN Physician in Michigan.

Shift: In clinic 8a–5p, 24-hour in-hospital call coverage

Position Details:
Patient Population: OB/GYN – low and high risk pregnancies, gynecologic patients
Setting: Clinic, hospital, and call coverage
Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital coverage, labor & delivery, gynecologic procedures, and call
Required Procedures:

Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section)

Complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
-
Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)

Surgical gynecology – open procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: RNs, MAs, CSR, 2.5 APPs in clinic, 2 OB/GYN physicians, shared call with family health center
Days Per Month: Varied, based on schedule and call rotation
On-Call/Weekends: Yes – 24-hour call
