This opportunity offers 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, with flexible scheduling in late November and early December. Job Details
- Location: Ohio
- Start Date: Nov 30, 2025
- LOA: 3 days
- Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist
- Schedule: 24-hour out-of-house call (7am-7am); can only allow for 72 hours of call in a row; onsite orientation required before starting, weekday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology cases
- Manage labor and delivery, including at least 50 deliveries within the last 2 years
- Perform gynecologic procedures, with at least 25 GYN cases in the last 2 years
- Respond to emergent and routine OB/GYN consultations as needed
- Document all care provided using Epic EMR
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must be licensed to practice in Ohio
- COVID vaccine required
- BLS and NRP required (not limited to AHA certifications)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Case logs for deliveries and GYN procedures required
- Limited malpractice or clean background required for credentialing; if any background is present, NPDB documentation must be provided
- Candidates must complete onsite orientation prior to starting call
