A community medical center in Ontario, Oregon is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to join their team for call coverage. This is a pager call role with very low volume and rare call backs.

Practice Details

• Pager call only – no supervision of other providers

• EMR: Epic

Compensation (Bill Rates)

• 24-Hour On Call: $1,861/shift

• Holiday 24-Hour On Call: Premium rate available

• Call Back: $307/hour

• Malpractice: Included

Travel & Reimbursements

• Flights: Reimbursement included

• Lodging: Reimbursement included

• Mileage: Reimbursement included

Credentialing Requirements

Providers must supply the following at acceptance to expedite start:

• MD diploma & residency/fellowship certificates

• Active medical licenses & DEA

• Board certification

• BLS (life support)

• COIs (current & past)

• Driver’s license & professional headshot

• Case logs & CME (past 2 years)

• Immunizations: TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID

• References
