- 24-hour call coverage, pager call
- License: An active Oregon state license is required
- EMR: Epic
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: The facility is seeking a locum OBGYN provider to cover several upcoming dates with emergency privileges available for those who qualify. Coverage is needed on September 21–22, October 1–6, October 23, October 29–November 1, November 13, November 19–24, November 26–December 5, December 25, and December 31 onward into 2026. The provider will not be responsible for supervising other providers and will work with EPIC EMR. Providers must be board certified, hold an active state license, DEA, CSR, and BLS certification, meet all vaccination requirements, and be available for most or all open dates. Local candidates are highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care without supervisory duties
* Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
* Participate in on-call coverage and respond to call-backs as needed
* Maintain compliance with all credentialing and vaccination requirements
Qualifications
* Active state medical license
* DEA and CSR certifications
* BLS certification
* Proof of COVID vaccination
* Availability for most or all scheduled coverage dates
* Local candidates preferred
