Required Skills:
- Valid medical license to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in women's health, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and gynecological services
- Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of current medical practices and standards in OB/GYN care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN practice
- Active state medical license and board certification in OB/GYN
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work call shifts, including 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., as needed
- Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensure
- Willingness to participate in additional training or continuing education
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
