StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an OBGYN – Physician for a physician-led women’s health group in Bloomington, Illinois. This full-spectrum role combines high- and low-risk obstetrics with a broad range of gynecologic surgeries (including MIGS/robotics) and benefits from a collaborative care model with certified nurse-midwives (CNMs), women’s health nurse practitioners, pelvic-floor PT, and counseling. Physicians enjoy three clinic days and one OR day each week, with home-based call (~1:6–1:7) and CNMs taking first call.
Compensation & Benefits

$350 k base salary plus productivity upside; total first-year earnings north of $500 k, including a $60 k sign-on bonus; second-year total earnings target $750 k

Practice Highlights

Collaborative call model: CNMs manage routine labor and take first call; physician call is home-based and rotates roughly 1:6–1:7. Post-call clinic schedules are adjusted to protect safety and quality.

Protected surgical time: Weekly OR block with access to minimally invasive gynecology and da Vinci robotics; Level II NICU and dedicated OB-specific operating suites at partner hospitals.

Balanced schedule: Three clinic days per week serving about 20–25 patients/day and one dedicated OR day; physicians typically handle 10–15 deliveries per month.

Robust team: Five OB/GYN physicians supported by seven CNMs, four WHNPs, a pelvic-floor physical therapist, and a psychotherapist, ensuring comprehensive care.

Integrated services: In-house pelvic-floor therapy and counseling help care for patients across the spectrum of women’s health needs.
