Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join a growing women’s health practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care in a patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based women’s healthcare across all stages of life. Both new graduates (Board Eligible) and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across all life stages.
Conduct medical histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic evaluations.
Manage prenatal care, labor, and delivery services.
Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including but not limited to hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, fertility, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation using EMR systems.
Stay current with clinical guidelines, medical advancements, and continuing education requirements.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active and unrestricted Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain).
Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-first approach.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Compensation:
$200,000 – $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Performance-based incentives may be available.
