A full-time, board-certified OB/GYN physician is needed to join an established and collaborative team in Lavonia, GA. This role includes outpatient clinic care and hospital OB/GYN call coverage, serving a community with a high volume of low-risk pregnancies
Job Responsibilities
• Share hospital call coverage with two experienced physicians
• Handle a mix of low-risk (85%) and high-risk (15%) pregnancies
• Participate in surgical and preventative women’s health services
• Use EMR systems: Athena (clinic) and CPSI (hospital)
Qualifications
• Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• DEA license – Must be obtained prior to start
Working Hours
• OB/GYN call coverage on evenings/weekends as scheduled
Skills
• OB hospital call experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage both low and high-risk pregnancies
