A well-established healthcare organization in Bellefontaine, Ohio is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative and mission-driven medical team. This permanent position offers a flexible 4-day work week, shared call, and a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services. Physicians enjoy a balanced lifestyle, strong support staff, and access to state-of-the-art facilities, just 40 minutes from the Columbus metro area.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform surgical procedures including cesarean sections and gynecologic surgeries
• Attend deliveries (approx. 360/year; 1 per day average)
• Work 4 clinical days/week + 1 administrative day (remote optional)
• Shared 1:4 weekday/weekend call schedule (must be within 30 mins of hospital)
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and ancillary teams
• Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR system
Qualifications
• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency – Required
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain – Required
• DEA license or willingness to obtain – Required
• Ability to arrive onsite within 30 minutes when on call – Required
• Clean malpractice/licensure history – Highly Preferred
• Locum tenens – Not accepted
Working Hours
• Approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1:4 weekend and weekday call rotation
