Practice Type: Privately-owned, single-location

Schedule: Flexible 4-day workweek | Part-Time or Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB-GYN Physician to join our growing and diverse practice in Baytown, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a transparent, collegial, and supportive team that values patient-centered care and provider well-being.

Position Highlights

  • Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum OB-GYN care
  • Patient demographics: Primarily women of childbearing age, with some adolescent and Medicare patients
    • Pathologies: Wide range of gynecologic and obstetric care
    • Procedures: Robotics (preferred), LEEPs, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy
  • Deliveries & Surgery:
    • Surgeries performed at HCA Southeast
    • Deliveries at Methodist Baytown
  • Clinic Setup:
    • 2 FT and 1 PT Medical Assistants
    • 2 front desk staff and an experienced Office Manager
    • Athena EMR system

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree: MD or DO
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in OB-GYN
  • Experience Level: Open to all experience levels, including new grads

Support & Mentorship

  • New grads welcome
  • Work alongside experienced CNM and physician with strong robotic surgery background
  • Future opportunity to supervise APPs
