🩺 Position Highlights:

• 📍 Location: Davenport, IA

• 🕐 Schedule: 24-hour in-house coverage (full-time)

• 👶 ~80 deliveries/month in a busy and supportive L&D unit

• 💼 Partner with midwives and FQHCs in a collaborative care model

• 🏥 Round on post-op and postpartum patients

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Work within a multidisciplinary team: NICU, anesthesia, midwives

• 🛏️ Serve as a regional GYN referral resource

• 🎯 No outpatient responsibilities or "doc call" – hospitalist only

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified OB/GYN – Required

• Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain

• Clean malpractice preferred (no cases in probate or under supervision)

• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for community health & maternal outcomes
