We’re seeking a dedicated OB-GYN Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house coverage at a nationally recognized maternity care center that prioritizes patient safety, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

🩺 Position Highlights:

• 📍 Location: Salinas, California

• 🕐 Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts (full-time, permanent role)

• 🏥 Level III NICU

• 🤝 Team-based care with MFM and pediatric subspecialist support

• 🛏️ Manage labor/delivery, triage, OB emergencies, surgeries, fetal monitoring

• 🌟 Low-volume community OB support = more focused, patient-centered care

• 🚫 No locums or visa sponsorship

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB-GYN

• Active CA medical license (or in process)

• OB Hospitalist experience preferred

• Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred

• Must live locally or be willing to relocate

• DEA license required before start

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $372,300 annually

• CME Allowance: $4,500
