An established OB/GYN practice in Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join their busy, well-supported team. This full-time opportunity offers immediate volume, collegial partners, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
Position Highlights:

Join a team of 4 OB/GYN physicians + 1 ARNP

Busy practice with instant patient volume

Approx. 5 days of call per month
-
Newly remodeled clinic on main campus (adjacent to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, radiology)

Perinatology consultation available
-
OR block time 5 days/week with robotics access
-
Level II NICU with 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist & NICU nursing coverage; on-site blood bank

In-house specialists available (Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, Reconstructive Surgery, etc.)

Accepting H1B visa waiver candidates (no J1)

Open to Locum-to-Perm candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
-
$375,000 base salary
-
Up to $200,000 sign-on bonus
-
PTO: 34 days (base salary model) | 40 days (production model)

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency; plans to test required) – Required

Iowa medical license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) – Required
