MercyOne Clinton is seeking to add a full-time OB/GYN provider to their team! There is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy, growing practice located in Clinton, Iowa.

- OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with shared call
- Responsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB call
- Weekend and on-call ratio: 1:4
- Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations/clinics
- Facility's Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
- Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks Outpatient
- Provider must be willing to join and support the facility's aim in growing a service line
- Number of patients per day varies by provider
- Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred
- OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group
- Not open to 1099 candidates
- Accepting H1B and J1 visa candidates
- Open to Locum (Job #50736) and Locum to Perm candidates
- Accepting TRULY BE candidates within 3 years of eligibility
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
- Base salary $300,000+ based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
- IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- NRP, AWOHN Fetal Monitoring (or willing to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice (Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.) - PREFERRED
- Providers who can start ASAP - HIGHLY PREFERRED
