Support: Full hospital staff

Orientation rate: 50% of hourly rate

🚗 Travel & Lodging:

Car/fuel/mileage/hotel covered up to $150 (including taxes)

No 3rd party bookings (Expedia, Kayak, etc.)

Board Certified OB/GYN (No BE) – Required

Active MI License & CSR at submission – Required (IMLC not accepted)

BLS – Required

Local provider – Required (no exceptions)

Clean background for quick credentialing – Required

DEA – verbal confirmation at name clear

Rates must be provided at submission
