Contract Type: Ongoing weekend call coverage (1 weekend/month) with potential weekday call coverage if needed

Outpatient hospital setting

Patient volume: 20–25/day

Department beds: 72

Procedures: Deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic GYN surgeries (DaVinci X available; robotics preferred but not required)

Requirements

Board Certified OB/GYN
-
Active Indiana license, CSR, and DEA (no exceptions)

BLS certification required

Minimum 2 weeks for privileging

COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
