OBGYN Physician – 24-Hour Call Coverage

Schedule

8x 24-hour call shifts per month

7:00 AM – 7:00 AM coverage

Includes weekdays and weekends

Call responsibilities: All OB services on labor & delivery + unassigned OB/GYN hospital call
Facility & Setting

Inpatient hospital + outpatient clinic

146-bed acute care facility

Level II Nursery
-
Support Staff: 5 BC OB/GYNs, 5 ACPs, 1 CNM

EMR: EPIC
-
Average: ~70–75 deliveries/month & 20–25 non-OB surgical cases/month
Requirements
-
Board Certification in OB/GYN – Required
-
VA License – Required
-
DEA – Required
-
Preferred: EFM, NRP, PALS
-
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years (5+ years preferred)

Must be skilled in OB/GYN core + minor GYN surgical
Logistics

Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
