OBGYN – Locum Tenens Float Pool (MN License Required)

Length: Ongoing, 6-month initial contract

Schedule

12-hour and 24-hour call shifts available

Up to 8 shifts/month

Shifts are distributed monthly across 4 locations within the system

Most coverage needed at two primary sites

Must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes

Open to providers who can float between locations or commit to one site

November 2025:

11/5, 11/6, 11/10, 11/13, 11/21, 11/22, 11/23, 11/25, 11/26
December 2025:

12/3, 12/5, 12/6, 12/7, 12/10, 12/11, 12/24, 12/25, 12/29
Practice Details

Hospital-based coverage across 4 affiliated facilities

Some sites are in-house call; others allow hotel-based call

Mix of high- and low-volume locations

Low-volume sites average 1–2 deliveries per day

Clinical Requirements

Must be comfortable performing vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, laparoscopic tubals, ectopics, etc
Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Active Minnesota license required
-
Clean malpractice and background history required
Credentialing
