Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary range: $230,000 – $290,000 (negotiable for strong candidates)
- Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture
- 25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday
- 5 CME Days + $3,000 annual allowance

Responsibilities
- Full-time position; outpatient women’s health plus deliveries
- Rotating call schedule (shared with team)
- Travel between South St. Pete, Clearwater, and High Point
- Conduct prenatal care, GYN exams, and postpartum follow-up
- Deliveries include:
- Vaginal and C-sections (VBACs welcomed if clinically safe)
- High-risk pregnancies referred as needed
- No in-house ultrasound (referred out)
- DAX Co-Pilot documentation support
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates and experienced OB/GYNs encouraged to apply
