The facility is seeking a locum OB/GYN to provide 24-hour call coverage with ongoing dates to be determined as internal schedules are finalized. Preference will be given to local candidates due to the potential for single-day coverage stints.
Job Details:
- Setting: Hospital call only, no trauma designation
- FTE: 1
- Support Staff: RN
- Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill scheduled dates
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent
- Number of Beds: 50
- Admissions: Varies depending on deliveries
- EMR: Epic
Start Date:
- September 2025 (specific dates TBD)
- Confirmed coverage: September 9 (7AM) – September 10 (7AM)
Schedule:
- 24-hour call (7AM–7AM)
- Average Worked Callback Hours: 5
Requirements:
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active BLS
- Active DEA (must be retained for duration of assignment)
- Must acknowledge and complete EMR training requirements prior to start
- Must be available for any listed stints
- Clean malpractice/background preferred
- Self-inquiry NPDB report required for priority consideration
