Overview:
- Seeking compassionate, caring, board-eligible or board-certified physicians to join our rapidly growing women's services team
- Join a well-resourced, fully integrated team with access to advanced technology and collaborative specialists across OB, GYN, urology, specialized surgery, and neonatal care
- Client is prioritizing candidates who are available to start before Summer 2026, with preference for those who can begin sooner
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Load: Average of 20 patients per day, with a balanced mix of OB and GYN cases
- Robotic Surgery: Candidates should be robotically trained and able to operate using the DaVinci robot
- In-Office Procedures: Includes IUD insertions/removals, colposcopy, LEEPs, and other gynecological procedures
- Structured mentorship and support from experienced physicians for seamless integration into the team
- Resiliency training provided for physicians and team members to support well-being and prevent burnout
- Physician-led and physician-driven culture - strategic decisions and market leadership involve physician input
