Overview:
An academically affiliated, progressive health system in Central New York is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join a well-established faculty practice. The current team includes 8 physicians, 8 advanced practice clinicians, and 6 certified nurse midwives, all working in a collegial and collaborative environment.
This integrated health system delivers care across an eight-county region with a robust network that includes multiple hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community health centers, and school-based health services. The position is located in a scenic lakefront village known for its cultural offerings, outdoor recreation, and family-friendly lifestyle.
Position Highlights:
* Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) model
* Level I Nursery with over 1,000 deliveries annually
* Regional Perinatal Center support through academic partnership
* 12-hour PM shifts, averaging 14 per month (26 weeks/year)
* 24/7 in-house anesthesia and midwifery coverage

Compensation & Incentives:
* Base salary range: \$303,881 \$343,787
* Sign-on bonus: Up to \$100,000
* Moving allowance provided

Qualifications:
* MD, DO, or MBBS
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
* Eligible for New York State licensure
* NLS (Neonatal Life Support) Certification
