Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Northeast Florida
Full-Time | Outpatient & Surgical | Collaborative Team | Work-Life Balance

A forward-thinking women’s health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing clinical team in North East, Florida. This opportunity offers a modern, team-based approach to OB/GYN care—combining tech-enabled systems, multidisciplinary support, and a deep commitment to work-life balance for its providers.

This is a full-scope position with a blend of outpatient care and gynecologic surgery, supported by a comprehensive team that includes certified nurse midwives (CNMs), LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators. The call model is structured to prioritize provider wellbeing while ensuring excellent continuity of care for patients.

What to Expect:

  • 2.5 days of clinic + 1 dedicated surgery day per week

  • Even call rotation providing backup to CNM hospitalists, with PRN support for leave coverage

  • Clinic based on hospital campus for seamless coordination

  • Multidisciplinary care team to support both patient care and provider experience

  • Integrated technology platforms designed to enhance clinical efficiency and patient engagement

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN

  • Strong communication skills and comfort in a collaborative OB/CNM model

  • Active DEA license and state licensure at time of start

  • A patient-centered approach that emphasizes shared decision-making and whole-person care

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with HSA/FSA options

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid time off and parental leave

  • CME allowance and full license/DEA renewal coverage

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement

About the Practice Culture:
The team embraces a shared commitment to clinical excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that values empathy, accountability, and a growth mindset—where providers are supported to do their best work while maintaining a healthy balance outside of the clinic.

If you're seeking a supportive, modern OB/GYN practice with a vibrant team and meaningful community impact—this North East Florida-based opportunity could be the perfect next step.
