🔹 Position Highlights

Provide full-scope inpatient OB/GYN care in a collaborative hospital setting

Manage both private and non-private patients
-
Round in Postpartum, Antepartum, and Labor & Delivery units
-
Supported by Level II & III NICUs and a 25+ bed ICU
-
Average 3–4 deliveries and 13–15 total patients per 24-hour shift
-
Use EPIC EMR system
-
Call ratio: 1:5 – Shared among providers
-
Work in a collegial, well-supported clinical environment
💰 Compensation

$330–$350 per hour

24-hour shift format allows for efficient scheduling and income stacking
✅ Requirements
-
Board Certified in OB/GYN – required
-
Active California Medical License – required
-
Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification – required
-
Minimum of 5–7 shifts/month availability
-
Must be comfortable covering Postpartum, Antepartum, and L&D
-
Experience working with Level II and III NICUs – required
-
Clean malpractice history – strongly preferred
