Are you an experienced OB/GYN passionate about delivering high-acuity care in a collaborative and mission-driven environment? Trinity Health Medical Group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join our OB Hospitalist Team at a premier Labor & Delivery unit offering comprehensive maternal care alongside a Level III NICU.

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with a structured and supportive team-based model. Here, you’ll work with skilled OBs, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, L&D nurses, and NICU APPs, while also contributing to the education of OB/GYN residents and medical students.

🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB coverage and manage laboring/postpartum patients

• Handle obstetric emergencies, deliveries, and unassigned OB/GYN cases

• Triage patients, conduct rounds, place orders, and provide emergency GYN consults

• Collaborate with an expert team in a Level III NICU setting

• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students

• Work 6–7 24-hour shifts/month, including holiday rotation

• Prioritize safety, outcomes, and teamwork in every patient encounter

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified (or Truly Board Eligible with commitment to certify within 2 years)

• Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN experience — no new grads

• Proficient and confident in OB and GYN surgery

• Valid MI license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications

• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
