OBGYN Opportunity in Knoxville, TN

Join a high-volume OBGYN program offering academic integration and private-practice autonomy within a respected regional referral center. This opportunity features excellent surgical access, a flexible schedule, and collaborative call support to ensure work-life balance.


Practice Overview

  • You'll join one of two large, hospital-employed OBGYN groups with dedicated midwives, NPs, and OB hospitalist support
  • Full-scope OBGYN with 50/50 OB-to-GYN split and access to dedicated surgical suites and robotic block time
  • Call is limited to 4 shifts per month, with OB hospitalists assisting
  • High delivery volume with full MFM support and optional academic component


Schedule

  • 2-3 clinic days per week, with post-call days off
  • Clinic and L&D located in the same building for seamless workflow
  • Manage your own OR schedule with access to block time
  • Outreach clinic participation optional


Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary with increases each year; excellent bonus potential with RVU incentives
  • Annual quality bonus, generous PTO (32 days), and PSLF eligibility
  • 403(b) and 457 retirement plans with 10% employer contribution
  • Full benefits package including malpractice with tail, relocation, and sign-on bonus


Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Open to experienced physicians and those seeking long-term stability
  • Comfortable with full-scope OBGYN and surgical scheduling autonomy
  • Interest in optional academic teaching is welcome
