Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7A – 7P or 7P – 7A), 3 to 4 Night Shifts, in a row
Clinic details
Practice Setting: Hospital – Inpatient
Patient Volume: 10/day
Patient Population: Adult
Support Staff: 2 OB/GYNs & 2 CNMs
Cases/Procedures: OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation & Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's. Comfort with high-risk pregnancy management including gestational up to 22 weeks with periviability consultations. Low & High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Level I/Screening (viability), Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps, and Decision-making for C-Section), Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBAC’s, & Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations)
