This not-for-profit health system is opening a brand-new $84M birthing center, just 30 min outside Springfield, and seeking another OBGYN to join their growing team. New state-of-the-art women's health floor designed for labor, delivery, and recovery. This space includes a spacious C-section operating room, the latest Da Vinci Xi, and a supportive clinical environment built for efficiency and high-quality care.
Position Highlights
• Join a group of 4 experienced OBGYN's in a newly finished $84M, 117,000 SF expansion
• Manageable patient volumes - group delivers roughly 100 babies per year
• Enjoy as much OR time as you'd like with a Da Vinci Xi robot on site
• Incredible autonomy - choose between a block schedule (7 on/7 off, 14 on/14 off) or a 4-day work week
• Balanced OB:GYN practice with the ability to perform more than 50% gynecologic surgery, if desired
• Strong collaboration and mentorship opportunities for those with interest in GynOnc, including participation in larger operative cases
• $605,000 First Year Earnings
