Job description
Join a mission-driven, compassionate team in Langhorne, PA as a full-time OB Hospitalist (Laborist) and be a part of a modern, family-focused maternity care program. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (days and evenings), providing continuous OB/GYN support in a Level II NICU-equipped hospital that prioritizes safety, innovation, and personalized care.
This is an hourly-paid, hospital-employed position—ideal for those who enjoy in-hospital continuity without office-based duties. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experienced OB/GYNs, neonatologists from CHOP, midwives, anesthesiologists, lactation consultants, and more.
🩺 Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-hospital OB coverage, including labor & delivery, triage, and postpartum unit

Manage emergent OB situations and support high-risk deliveries

Oversee and collaborate with nursing staff, midwives, and consulting specialists

Participate in creating and upholding patient-centered birth plans
-
No call responsibilities!
🕒 Schedule:

3 x 12-hour shifts/week

Evening and day shifts (schedule finalized during interview)
