📍 Location: Oakland, California
🕒 Schedule: 13-hour night shifts | 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
⏳ Coverage Needed: 10–15 shifts/month
🔹 Shift Details:

💤 Nights Only | 13-hour shifts (includes 1 hour for patient handoffs)

📞 No Call Requirements
🔹 Practice Environment:

🏥 Setting: Hospital-based
-
👶 Patient Population: Adult OB
-
🤱 Volume:
-
5–8 active labor patients per night
-
1–2 ED consults per night
-

💻 EMR: Epic
-
🛠️ Procedures:
-
Bread-and-butter OB hospitalist care
-
Operative deliveries (forceps experience highly preferred)
-
Care for post-abortion complications (not required to perform abortions)

🔹 Preferred Skills:
-
🤝 Comfortable working with midwives
-
🗣️ Spanish-speaking preferred
🔹 Requirements:

✅ Board Certified (ABOG BC strongly preferred; truly BE considered)

🏷️ CA License & DEA required (including California-specific DEA)

🧯 BLS Certification required
-
📆 Minimum 2 years of experience as an OB Hospitalist
