🩺 OB/GYN Opportunity | $320K–$350K + Bonuses | Langhorne, PA

A growing women's multispecialty ambulatory center located in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN with at least one year of post-residency experience to join its dynamic team. Work in a brand-new facility that offers collaborative care alongside a large primary care group and specialists across oncology, surgery, cardiology, and therapy services.

🌟 Position Highlights:

• Join an established OB/GYN group with 4.5 FTE providers – call will be 1:6 when fully staffed

• Practice located within a state-of-the-art ambulatory center offering comprehensive women's health services

• Weekday schedule (M–F) + every 6th weekend call

  • Weekday 24-hour shift rotated among team (light post-call admin day the next day)

• Mix of office-based care and hospital responsibilities; location split between two sites based on patient volume

• Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, evacuations, and robotic-assisted surgeries

  • Access to da Vinci Si and Xi robotic systems

• Focused on low-risk OB patients (~80%) with a C-section rate of 25–30%

• Level II nursery and full in-house specialty support

• EMR: Meditech

• All new office equipment and supportive infrastructure

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $320K–$350K (based on experience and training)

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in OB/GYN – Required

• Active PA license or willing to obtain – Required

• BLS certification – Required (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN practice experience beyond residency – Required

• Experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, and robotic-assisted surgery – Required
