Setting: Hospital ER/GYN & Labor & Delivery Call

Beds:

10 LDRP
-
3 Postpartum
-
1 Triage
-
12-bed Normal Newborn Nursery (No Special Care Nursery)

Daily Volumes:
-
Nursery Admissions: 2–5/day
-
Newborn Census: 3–4/day
-
Pediatric Census: ~0–1 (every 2 months)

GYN Surgeries: 1–4/day
-
C-sections: 15–35% of deliveries
-
-
Practice Composition:
-
2 Physicians
-
5 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)

EMR: EPIC
🔧 Requirements:
-
Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required
-
Active Ohio License – Required (IMLC accepted only for the listed dates)
-
NRP & ACLS Certifications – Required
-
Must be able to perform:
-
C-sections
-
All OB/GYN-related surgeries
-

COVID-19 Vaccine – Preferred
-
Flu Vaccine – Required at time of credentialing

Must be available for all listed dates
⏱ Credentialing Timeline:

60–90 days (can vary based on application completeness and background)

Emergency Temp Privileges possible for candidates with a clean record and active OH license & DEA
✈️ Travel & Lodging:

Lodging reimbursed up to $150/night

Standard/economy travel bookings reimbursed with prior approval
