--Must supervise APP

--Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
--Temporary privileges are available
--Patients Per Shift: 5
--Bed In Department: 7
--Rounding: Both
--Fellowship: Preferred
--Support Staff: RN: 19, MA: 3, PA/NPs: 3, Office Staff: 3
--Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 10
--Trauma Level: 1
--PEDs Level: 1
--Average number of deliveries per year: 200
Required Procedures:
--Low risk pregnancy
--FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
--OB ultrasounds (performance and interpretation)
--Level I/Screening (viability)
--Level II/Targeted (anatomic)
--Amniocentesis
--Routine delivery
--Vaginal delivery
--Low forceps delivery
--Decision-making for C-section
--Complicated delivery
--C-section
--Breech delivery
--Multiple births
--Abruptions
--VBACs
--Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
--Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
--Surgical gynecology
--Open surgery
--Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOAs, chromotubation)
--Operative/major surgery (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)
