This established team of OBGYNs, FPOBs, and Midwives at this award-winning critical access hospital in Southwest Iowa, just 60 minutes from downtown Omaha, is seeking another OBGYN to join their group to help keep up with patient demand.
Position Details:
• This position is ideal for providers who value lifestyle, autonomy, and impact
• Incredible work-life balance with a true 4-day work week schedule and only four primary call days per month
• 24/7 midwife coverage Monday-Thursday every week
• New graduates welcome to apply - experienced OBGYNs in the group happy to mentor
Compensation & Benefits:
• $500K never-ending base salary guarantee plus a $75K signing bonus
• Substantial student loan forgiveness
• $2500 monthly residency stipend available for new grads
• Malpractice with tail, generous PTO, comprehensive health/dental/vision, and more
