Location: Hospital ER/GYN and LD call
Total Number of Beds: - 10 LDRP - 3 Postpartum - 1 Triage
Practice Details: - Number of Physicians in Practice: 2, 5 CNMs - Services: 40%-50% Gynecology, 1-4 Gynecological surgeries per day - C-sections: 15%-35% - Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 2-5
Average Daily Census: - Newborns: 3-4 - Pediatrics: 0-1 every 2 months - Number of beds in nursery: 12 Normal Newborn, no Special Care Nursery
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Requirements: - Providers must be able to complete C-sections and all OB/GYN-related surgeries - 60-90 day credentialing timeframe, dependent on application submission and history - Emergency temporary privileges possible for providers with a clean background and active Ohio license & DEA
Travel Reimbursement Information: - Lodging approved at standard/economy rates
Submission Requirements: - Board Certified - Required - Ohio license - Required - NRP, ACLS - Required - COVID Vaccine - Preferred - Flu vaccine - Required at time of credentialing
Certifications Required: - ACLS - NRP - Board Certified
