# of RN's - 1:1 during labor, 2:1 post partum, 4:1 women's health
# of PA/NP's - Office has 1 NP
# of Office Staff - Office has 16 staff between MAs, RNs, PSRs
8/4-8/10 are high needs. Any additional coverage would help.

- Licensing: Must have an active MO license and DEA
