OB/GYN Opportunity – Downtown Los Angeles
A well-established, not-for-profit, JACHO-accredited multispecialty group in Los Angeles is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a collaborative, midwifery-led practice focused on low-risk deliveries with a low C-section rate.
Practice Model:
- Work alongside midwives and one other OB/GYN
- Baby-friendly designated facility practicing low-intervention deliveries
- Weekly schedule: 2 clinic days + 1 laborist 24-hour shift
Qualifications:
- Board-certified OB/GYN
- Active California medical license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $290,000 – $320,000 (based on experience)
- 5% sign-on bonus
- Up to 12% annual quality-driven bonus
- 28 PTO days + 3 CME days
- CME allowance up to $3,000/year
