Patient Population: Adult Women
Setting: Inpatient
Responsibilities:

Patient rounding
-
Labor management
-
Antepartum triage and treatment
-
Responding to ER consults and OB/GYN-related concerns
Required Procedures:
-
Vaginal deliveries
-
C-sections
-
Management of maternal HTN and hemorrhage
-
ER consults
-
D&C, ablations
-
Hysterectomy and urgent gynecologic surgeries
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: RNs on Labor & Delivery
Days Per Month: As scheduled (specific dates listed below)
On-Call/Weekends: Yes (24-hour call, includes weekends and holidays as needed)
Submission Requirements:

Board Certified – Required
-
Active KY License – Required
-
ACLS and DEA – Required during credentialing and presentations

Clean Malpractice – Highly Preferred

Availability at time of name clear – Required
