- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover In-House call only. There are an average of 3000 deliveries per year and 15 patients per shift. The facility is seeking coverage for OB/GYN services and requires two Women's Services MDs, though a single provider may be able to fulfill the need if available. The schedule includes two 24-hour shifts between Monday and Thursday, and four 24-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Providers must complete Epic training, which is offered every other week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can only be scheduled after credentialing is completed; training is mandatory before the provider can begin the assignment.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage labor and delivery cases (approximately 3,000 deliveries per year).
* Care for an average of 15 patients per shift.
* Collaborate with Women's Services team and other healthcare staff.
* Complete Epic training prior to starting assignment.
Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted medical license.
* Able to complete hospital credentialing process.
* Available for mandatory Epic training prior to first shift.
Working Hours
* Four 24-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
* Epic training available every other week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (post-credentialing only).
* Coverage need may be filled by one or two providers.
Skills
* Comfortable with high-volume labor and delivery.
* Effective communication and teamwork.
* Familiarity with Epic EMR (or ability to learn through training).
