A mission-driven women’s health practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a dynamic, growing clinical team in Eastern, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a modern, team-based setting that prioritizes patient-centered care and provider wellbeing.
The practice is structured around collaboration and efficiency, with a multidisciplinary care model that includes certified nurse midwives (CNMs), LCSWs, lactation consultants, and educators. With thoughtfully designed call schedules and a focus on balanced workloads, providers are well supported both in and out of the clinic.
What to Expect:

2.5 days of outpatient clinic + 1 dedicated surgery day each week

Even, non-burdensome call rotation providing backup to CNM hospitalists, with PRN pool for coverage during leave

On-campus clinic location for seamless access to hospital-based care

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN

Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative OB/CNM models

Active DEA license and Tennessee medical license at time of start
